The Role
As a Functional Analyst, you will work with clients to map their business processes and translate their requirements into automation workflows. You'll be responsible for ensuring successful integration of Wrk’s solutions into client operations by collaborating with Sales and Product teams to deliver tailored automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into automation workflows
- Analyze complex business processes and identify areas for automation
- Lead the design and development of automation workflows, choosing the best technologies and applying optimized, complex logic to execute automated business tasks efficiently
- Partner with the sales team on sales calls and POCs to demonstrate platform capabilities
- Independently manage projects from concept to completion, while contributing to team efforts
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Actively engage with clients in meetings to understand their needs, align on project goals, and provide guidance and support during the implementation phase
- Assist clients in adopting Wrk solutions and help them optimize their processes using automation workflows
Our Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is technical, analytical, and customer-facing. Ideally, you have a background in Computer Science, with a few years of experience in an analyst role combined with client-facing consulting positions. You're skilled at understanding and analyzing complex business processes. We need someone with hands-on experience working with JSON schemas and APIs, who is tech-savvy with a natural curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies in automation. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are highly organized, and can work independently with minimal supervision. You're passionate about solving business challenges and have a talent for simplifying complex workflows into clear, actionable steps for clients.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in an analyst position
- Mastery of process analysis, with hands-on experience in BPMN and UML diagrams
- Skilled in working with JSON schemas and SQL with a strong understanding of data types and structured data
- Proficient in reading and interpreting complex API documentation, with the ability to build, edit, and troubleshoot API calls
- Ability to describe complex processes in plain language and translate them into automation workflows
- Experience in a customer-facing role, with strong communication and support skills
- Familiarity with software development, with the ability to interface with developers
- Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to work autonomously or with little supervision, while consistently delivering high-quality results
- Experience in the automation industry, RPAs, and automation platforms is an asset
- Background in Customer Success is an asset
