We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Accountant Consolidation Specialist to join our finance team in Zurich. In this role, you will manage and support key aspects of our consolidation process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting across our subsidiaries. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and experience with IAS/IFRS standards, we would love to hear from you. Candidates must be eligible to work in Switzerland.

In this role you will

• Administer and maintain the consolidation software (Lucanet)
• Support the monthly consolidation process and review local consolidation packages from subsidiaries
• Monitor delivery reliability and ensure timely reporting from all subsidiaries
• Oversee selected IAS/IFRS standards and manage master data in the Group and Operational Chart of Accounts
• Participate in intercompany reconciliation and execute consolidation steps for group reporting
• Serve as the contact for auditors and subsidiaries on consolidation matters
• Assist with monthly group reporting and support various ad-hoc tasks

What you bring:

• Degree in business studies with a focus on accounting or a comparable qualification
• 5+ years of experience in auditing or group accounting for an international company
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO)
• Proven experience in consolidation and familiarity with systems like Lucanet
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with international teams and auditors
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• High affinity for numbers and IT proficiency for financial reporting
• Fluency in English and German (other languages are a plus
