The role of FP&A Analyst (f/m/d), is embedded in the Group FP&A team with a direct reporting line to Group Head of FP&A. You will cooperate closely with local CFOs, local FP&A, as well as senior leadership of the company. The role will be based in our Zurich office, with a hybrid work setup. Candidates must be eligible to work in Switzerland.

In this role you will

• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and support in the preparation of financial forecasts and strategic plans for the company.
• Manage the Power BI application used for management reporting.
• Support in the maintenance of the company’s forecasting tool Anaplan.
• Support business units with building annual budgets and forecasts and support the consolidation into one master budget.
• Analyse past financial performance, preparing competitor analysis, and examine market trends along with commentary for management.
• Create financial models to predict growth and forecast performance.
• Analyse previous budgets and forecasts and perform variance analysis to explain discrepancies.
• Liaise with senior management, heads of departments and other key leadership figures.

What you bring:

• Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, IT or mathematics
• Some financial planning and controlling background preferable
• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with SQL and Power BI
• Strong analytical skills; you have the ability to condense complex requests into simple solutions
• Interest in navigating in a fast paced environment and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Flexible mindset and willingness to take on a large variety of projects
• High self-motivation, with keen attention to detail and eagerness to learn new things
