As we build on our impressive track record, we're adding a Strategic Account Executive to our Sales Operations organisation. This role serves as a linchpin for driving market penetration and elevating client satisfaction.

In this role you will:

  • Strategic Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain strategic alliances with key stakeholders, employing an 'outside-in' approach for a deep understanding of client requirements
  • Enablement & Sales Alignment: Collaborate closely with the Sales Enablement team to fine-tune client proposals, case studies, and licensing agreements, ensuring they resonate with our broader market-entry strategies
  • Channel Sales Synergy: Engage with our channel sales leaders to maximise revenue opportunities through strategic partnerships with distribution networks and with existing manufacturers to leverage our platform’s offering to drive distribution expansion strategies
  • Enterprise Sales Strategy: Navigate and seal agreements within intricate enterprise ecosystems, utilising sophisticated sales frameworks such as MEDDIC
  • SaaS Sales Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full sales pipeline from initial prospect engagement to onboarding, inclusive of integration and tailored software development
  • Needs Discovery & Analysis: Exercise acute discovery acumen to pinpoint client needs, subsequently tailoring our solutions to meet those needs
  • Operational Efficacy: Constantly evaluate and refine sales operational flows and strategies for peak efficiency

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus
  • A minimum of 5 years of SaaS Account Executive experience is mandatory
  • Proficiency in MEDDIC sales methodology and HubSpot CRM systems
  • Comprehensive understanding of the complete SaaS sales cycle and customer journey paired with technical proficiency in SaaS product implementation and client support protocols
  • Demonstrated success in solutions-oriented and consultative sales approaches paired with a verifiable history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration and partnership abilities, notably within channel sales and sales enablement roles
  • Atitude for operating in high-velocity, rapidly scaling environments
  • Full working proficiency in English (C1) complemented by German language skills (B1)
