Job Overview
As the Campaign Marketing Specialist for LATAM, you will support the strategic development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across the Latin American region. Your role will focus on assisting in driving brand awareness, pipeline generation, and customer engagement by contributing to innovative, multi-channel marketing campaigns. This position requires understanding of the LATAM market and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Main Activities: Webinars & Digital Events, Email Campaigns, Content Curation, Campaigns Copy Writing, Customer Stories, Sales Plays, Martech (Campaigns & Events Platforms Management), Physical Events Support as needed.
Assist in the development and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns that align with business goals for the LATAM region.
Support demand generation and brand awareness initiatives to increase pipeline and contribute to revenue growth.
Collaborate with global marketing teams to ensure alignment with corporate goals and messaging while helping tailor strategies for the LATAM audience.
Utilize data-driven insights to assist in optimizing campaigns and improving performance across various channels (digital, events, social media, etc.).
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure campaign alignment and support overall business objectives.
Collaborate with field marketing, digital marketing, product marketing, and the global campaigns team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Assist in managing relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support campaign execution and delivery.
Market Insights:
Gain an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the LATAM market and contribute to developing region-specific strategies.
Stay informed about industry trends, market shifts, and the competitive landscape within the LATAM region.
Performance Measurement:
Help track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including ROI, to inform data-driven decisions.
Assist in presenting insights and results to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaigns or demand generation.
Understanding of marketing initiatives across the LATAM region, with a growing knowledge of the regional business environment and customer needs.
Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to support cross-functional initiatives.
Experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, events, and social media.
Data-driven mindset with an interest in campaign measurement and analytics.
Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is required; proficiency in English is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in SaaS, B2B, or technology industries.
Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Marketo, On24, Zoom Webinars, Splash, Outreach-Groove) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Google Data Studio).

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
