Are you ready to lead and inspire a high-impact sales team in one of the fastest-growing SaaS businesses? Zendesk is expanding its Digital Sales team, and we want a passionate, data-driven Sales Manager to drive success with our digital-native customers.
As Digital Sales Manager, you will spearhead a dynamic team of Digital Sales Specialists focused on transforming how customers engage with Zendesk’s world-class solutions. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where your leadership shapes strategic sales initiatives that make a real impact.
Your mission: empower, mentor, and lead your team to consistently exceed ambitious daily, weekly, and quarterly targets — setting a new standard for digital sales success in Brazil and beyond.
What You'll Do
Design and implement winning sales strategies that enable the team to smash weekly and monthly quotas, centered around a strong self-service customer experience
Lead by example in sales engagements, elevating your team's skills through hands-on coaching during prospect and customer interactions
Leverage key metrics and data insights daily to make agile, informed decisions and identify quick wins and areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, product, and operations to streamline and elevate the sales process for both sellers and buyers
Own recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development initiatives to build a resilient, motivated, and high-performing sales squad
Mentor your team on winning strategies to close new business and drive customer expansions
Analyze performance data to deliver clear, impactful reports to senior leadership, driving strategic planning
Innovate the sales model—embrace new tools, automation, and creative demos to stay ahead of market trends
Continuously refine the sales process to accelerate growth and enhance customer success
Who You Are
A SaaS sales pro with a solid background in high-volume transactional sales (closing ~100 deals/month), preferably in CRM, customer support, or related tech markets
Experienced in leveraging data analytics independently to guide sales strategies and decisions
A natural leader who balances a commercial mindset with genuine care for your team’s growth and wellbeing
Proven track record of consistent overachievement as an individual contributor before stepping into management
At least 1 year of sales management or 1-2 years managing sales development reps, with a passion for shaping early-career talent
Comfortable navigating a fast-evolving growth environment—quick thinker, strategic planner, and master executor
Skilled at building productive cross-functional partnerships
An excellent communicator with strong presentation, organizational, and active listening abilities
