Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and driven Senior Creative Producer to join our team. This pivotal role focuses on implementing and managing creative processes that enhance our ability to scale output while ensuring brand continuity aligned with marketing objectives. You will streamline creative operations and production, ensuring efficiency and fostering innovation to effectively scale our creative efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in process automation, managing high-volume deliverable campaigns, and maintaining composure under pressure, along with a strong background in photo and video production projects and large scale integrated campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Scale Creative Process Expert: Serve as the primary internal point of contact and subject matter expert for optimizing creative workflows and processes, leveraging external agencies, MarTech, and AI solutions to enhance efficiency and output.
Asset Production Operations: Support the planning and execution of photoshoots and videoshoots, managing partnership with production agency.
Liaison Extraordinaire: Act as a liaison between the stakeholder marketing teams, program management and creative for assigned workstreams. Manage project scopes, adapt to changing requirements, and ensure alignment with overall program strategies.
Creative Rituals: Support creative rituals such as workstream status meetings, resourcing sessions, retrospective reviews. Optimize processes for cross-functional marketing initiatives to enhance collaboration and output quality.
Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, fostering collaboration and shared success in creative endeavors.
Creative Operations: Provide senior creative producer support for tier 1, high impact marketing initiatives ensuring seamless execution and innovation within workstreams.
Qualifications:
5+ years of brand/marketing experience with global brands, focusing on creative processes and project management.
Proven leadership experience managing multiple initiatives with an emphasis on quality, efficiency, and innovation.
Strong knowledge of photoshoot and videoshoot production.
Experience working with international teams across diverse time zones.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while remaining calm and composed under pressure.
Self-starter mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Strong relationship-building skills with an empathetic approach to leadership and collaboration.

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
