Why Join Zendesk?
At Zendesk, we build beautifully simple software to improve customer experiences—and design is at the heart of how we do it. We believe great design isn't just how something looks, but how it works. Our team collaborates closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Content Designers, and UX Researchers to create intuitive, impactful solutions. We’re also deeply excited about the future of AI and how it shapes the next generation of design.
What You’ll Do
As a Product Design Intern, you’ll be a key part of our design team—contributing ideas, prototyping solutions, and helping improve the way customers interact with our products.
You will:
Collaborate with designers, researchers, content strategists, and engineers to design user-friendly solutions for complex problems.
Use customer insights to inform and iterate on designs.
Work on end-to-end design tasks—from wireframes and interaction flows to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
Contribute to the integration of AI-powered features into our product experiences.
Present and communicate your design work clearly to team members and stakeholders, incorporating feedback into your process.
Learn how to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
What You’ll Gain
By the end of your internship, you will have:
Hands-on experience designing features for a global SaaS platform.
Exposure to cross-functional collaboration in a real product development environment.
Improved skills in design tools (like Figma), design systems, and user research.
A deeper understanding of how product design, AI, and engineering work together.
A strong portfolio piece—and potentially a job offer.
Basic Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a university program in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
Available full-time in Kraków from July to October 2025.
Authorized to work in Poland (Zendesk does not provide visa sponsorship for internships).
A portfolio (academic or personal) that shows a strong foundation in UX/UI design and problem-solving.
Curious, open to feedback, and eager to grow in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Figma or similar design/prototyping tools.
Interest in or experience with SaaS products, AI, or content management systems.
An understanding of how technical decisions influence design choices.
Exposure to HTML/CSS or front-end basics is a plus, but not required.
