Job Description
Working closely with the Office of the CPO, you will ensure flawless execution across meetings, communications, and key priorities. From managing high-impact administrative deliverables to mastering logistics with elegance and efficiency, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our People Leadership Team moving at the speed of the business.You bring energy. - Act as the gatekeeper and air traffic controller for the CPO—managing calendars, prioritizing time, and protecting focus
- Manage and elevate communications on behalf of the CPO, ensuring tone, timing, and professionalism across the board
- Orchestrate key internal meetings across The People Team—All Hands, leadership off-sites, summits, and more—with meticulous attention to detail
- Lead logistics end-to-end: agendas, invites, presentations, catering, notes, follow-ups—you own it all
- Handle all travel, expenses, and budget-conscious planning with zero drama and total efficiency
- Project manage special assignments
- Collaborate seamlessly with a network of executive assistants to align schedules, meetings, and team operations
- Be the connective tissue across leadership, teams, and departments—creating clarity, driving alignment, and keeping things moving
- Maintain the utmost confidentiality with grace, care, and ethical clarity—always
- 5+ years of EA experience in high-growth tech or SaaS, including 3+ years supporting C-suite executives
- Experience partnering with HR or People functions a strong plus
- A lightning-fast sense of urgency, and the ability to stay cool, calm, and collected under pressure
- High-level EQ with top-tier organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Impeccable judgment when handling confidential information and sensitive topics
- Exceptional multitasking ability—you’re a master of juggling and re-prioritizing on the fly
- Flexibility for after-hours needs or travel-related support—this role doesn’t clock out when impact is on the line
- Polished, warm, and highly approachable—you’re the go-to for getting things done
- Deep knowledge of Google Workspace tools and digital collaboration platforms
- BA/BS degree preferred
