Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Partner Marketing Manager -German speaking with a strong background in the DACH market to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our partner marketing initiatives. This position is ideal for a hands-on marketer passionate about leveraging innovative strategies to elevate our marketing efforts and achieve exceptional business outcomes. Additionally, this role will provide support for partner marketing activities in the EMEA South region.

Role Overview

As a Partner Marketing Manager for the DACH region, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing a comprehensive partner marketing strategy tailored to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will work closely with the DACH go-to-market team and collaborate with Partner Sales to enhance marketing impact and drive significant pipeline and revenue through our partner ecosystem. Reporting to the Group Manager of Partner Marketing EMEA, this position is based remotely in Germany.

Success in this role requires forging strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including Partner Sales, Regional Marketing, Customer teams, and the wider EMEA Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partner Marketing: Develop and implement partner marketing programs that support ecosystem growth, drive demand, and strengthen partner engagement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Partner Sales and broader marketing teams to identify new partner marketing opportunities, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Campaign Execution & Performance Tracking: Lead the planning, execution, and measurement of partner marketing campaigns, including digital, content, and event-driven initiatives.

  • Content Development: Support the creation of co-branded marketing assets and case studies that highlight partner success stories and joint solutions.

  • Event & Trade Show Coordination: Manage partner participation in key industry events, trade shows, and webinars to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

  • Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Consistently test, iterate, track, and analyze partner marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing future programs.

  • Support for EMEA South Region: Assist in scaling partner marketing activities in the South region by leveraging successful strategies from the DACH market.

What You Will Bring to the Role

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in partner marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of driving partner engagement and revenue growth, particularly in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.

  • Market Insight: In-depth understanding of the DACH business landscape and the software purchasing process, enabling the development of targeted marketing campaigns that effectively drive prospects to trial and conversion.

  • Language Skills: Native German speaker with proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

  • Creative Vision: Ability to conceptualize and develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

  • Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical abilities to synthesize data into actionable plans for new and existing marketing initiatives.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing automation systems, particularly Salesforce and Tableau, to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
