We’d like you to keep developing and will support you in a career to become a Renewals star of the future (for Zendesk hopefully) so we’ll give you everything you need to be successful, from state of the art technology through to detailed training on all things Zendesk and how to put the customer at the center of what you do, the Zendesk way.
Responsibilities
  • Support the Renewals Manager in executing the renewals strategy and achieving departmental goals.
  • Assist in managing the renewals pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and a smooth renewal process.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and addressing any concerns.
  • Participate in negotiations with clients to secure renewals and identify potential upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Track and report on renewal metrics, providing insights to improve processes.
Skills / Competencies
  • A foundational understanding of renewals or customer success principles.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
  • A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of SaaS industry practices.
