As a result of our growing Revenue Operations in the EMEA region, we're now seeking a detailed, organized, high energy Revenue Operations Senior Analyst. A successful candidate will be a self starter with a strategic leadership mindset, able to manage time and balance responsibilities in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment with strong written and verbal communication skills in English. The main objective of this role will be to support our Sales organization in our commerce to cash processes to ensure deals align with our corporate strategies, are compliant, and meet our business goals.

This role will be based in Krakow, Poland. The expectation is that you will work a couple of days per week in the office to connect, collaborate, learn or celebrate in person with the option of working remotely for the remainder of the week.

What you get to do every day:

The job responsibilities for this role will encompass the entire Quote-to-Cash process at Zendesk:

  • Serve as the trusted adviser to the EMEA Sales Team on all deal and finance related matters.

  • Advise the team on alternative contract options, and/or value propositioning to help drive deal closures.

  • Partner with Sales to teach best practices and help prepare a variety of strategic deals for management review.

  • Review contracts to ensure it conforms to finance audit reviews and revenue recognition policies and maintain expert knowledge on quoting and provisioning systems (e.g., Zuora limitations).

  • Apply high-level non-standard models in real situations and draft non-standard commercial terms with Deal Desk review.

  • Drive proactive communication with internal business partners such as: Sales, Finance, Legal, Revenue Recognition, and Sales management on any urgent orders or exceptions.

  • Ensure the billing system and invoicing reflect correct information for each customer according to contract terms.

  • Apply critical thought to projects focusing on process improvement and automation.

What you bring to the role:

Recent experience in a Deal Desk role or experience with a Billings/Operations/Salesops Analyst or similar. A successful candidate should be able to deal with ambiguity and change and have an inquisitive nature with a desire to understand and positively challenge and evolve processes.

  • 4+ years of experience working with, supporting, and advising Sales and other cross-functional teams.

  • 2+ years experience with SaaS subscription billing model

  • Fluency in spoken and written English; French or German would be an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently and meticulously; you hold yourself accountable to consistent, high-quality work combining your experience in a finance discipline and attention to detail with transaction processing.

  • Ability to develop great working relationships with key internal stakeholders to help drive revenue growth.

  • Energetic, dedicated, and self-driven.

  • Analytical skills and experience with contract management.

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Zuora would be an advantage.

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
