Key Responsibilities on a Day-to-Day:

  • Invoice Management: Upload invoices via customer portals to ensure timely and accurate billing.

  • Support Activities: Assist with Cforia activity completion as required to facilitate efficient accounts receivable processes.

  • Data Clean-up: Maintain and organize data for Collections & CashApps, ensuring all records are up to date.

  • Documentation: Create proforma invoices and update account profiles in systems like Zuora, Cforia, and NetSuite.

  • Account Maintenance: Update contacts, PO numbers, and NetSuite tags to maintain accurate customer profiles.

  • Payment Review: Review unapplied receipts to ensure proper allocation and reconciliation.

  • Team Engagement: Participate in team-building activities such as Happy Hours to foster a collaborative work environment.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Currently enrolled in BS Accountancy or any other related business course.

  • Commitment: Willing to complete at least 300 hours of internship.

  • Location: Ability to work in our office located in Net Park Building, BGC, Taguig, 1634.

  • Schedule: Available for a day shift schedule, 8 AM to 5 PM.

  • Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

  • Work Ethic: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment; strong multitasking and organizational skills.

  • Independence: Capable of working with minimal supervision, maintaining speed and accuracy in all tasks.

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
