Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Events Program Manager to join our Marketing Business Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all Tier 1 and internal company events that align with our brand's mission and enhance our market presence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure events are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, providing a seamless and impactful experience for all attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Execution:

  • Implement engaging Tier 1 events, including Relate and our H2 product launch and all internal company events.

  • Manage end-to-end event logistics from concept to execution, including venue selection, vendor management, attendee registration, and on-site logistics.

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and task lists to ensure all event elements are executed efficiently.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage event budgets to ensure cost-effective execution while maintaining high-quality standards.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Liaise with internal teams, partners, and vendors to ensure cohesive brand presentation and logistical support across events.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for all event-related inquiries.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Analyze event performance through surveys, attendee feedback, and ROI metrics.

  • Generate detailed reports on outcomes versus objectives to inform future event strategies.

Collaboration:

  • Foster a collaborative environment within the marketing team and across departments.

  • Work closely with Business Operations Managers to ensure alignment to org wide standards and feedback on how to adjust these standards and processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years' experience in event planning and program management, preferably within a marketing organization.

  • Proven track record in program management in event planning or experiential marketing.

  • Strong program management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle unexpected challenges with a calm and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Proficiency in event management software and project management tools.

  • Ability to travel as needed for event planning and execution.

  • Experience with digital and virtual event platforms.

The US annualized base salary range for this position is $112,000.00-$168,000.00. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only (or OTE for commissions based roles), and do not include bonus, benefits, or related incentives.
