We are seeking a Growth Marketing Program Manager who can collaborate with leaders across the organization and work closely with our regional Growth Marketing Managers to drive high-impact improvements to our Digital Marketing Business. As a Growth Marketing Program Manager, you will play a key role in crafting our digital marketing strategies and ensuring cohesive execution across all regions. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment where you can bring your creativity and coordination skills to the table. We are looking for someone who is curious, creative, coordinated, candid, and conscientious.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborating with regional Growth Marketing Managers to align digital marketing strategies and ensure cohesive execution across all regions.

  • Assisting the team in achieving their goals and keeping everyone informed of progress (executive/team level updates) and regular business activities (business reviews, annual/quarterly planning).

  • Owning and being accountable for improving systems, tools, and processes that help us scale our Growth Marketing strategy to increasingly complex customers—through design, implementation, and refinement.

  • Building and facilitating forums and processes that help Marketing and Sales collaborate and launch high-impact improvements to our customer experience.

  • Helping identify and implement new opportunities for Zendesk’s Digital Marketing business and end-to-end customer experience through analysis and research.

What you bring to the role

  • BS/BA degree in business/finance/engineering or a related degree OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, marketing operations, business operations and strategy, digital, program management, or a related field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to confidently present data and offer recommendations to others, even in situations where there may be uncertainty.

  • Ability to effectively handle multiple individuals with diverse priorities and generate innovative solutions while fostering a shared objective.

  • Strong program management skills with experience taking initiatives from conception to launch and managing end-to-end execution of projects/programs, such as tooling assessment & implementation.

  • Experience with analyzing marketing funnel data and understanding industry benchmarks, such as website sessions, MQLs, pipeline, conversion rates, and bookings, would be beneficial.

  • Experience analyzing CRM data (e.g., Salesforce) and web tracking (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
