You’ll be required to work in a hybrid manner with c.1-2 days in the London or Berlin office, depending on where you're based.

We are excited to be hiring 3x Enterprise Account Executives in either London or Berlin. All roles require fluency in English, with one AE being German-speaking too.

THE ULTIMATE ROLE

The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for delivering a sales quota across a territory of new and existing clients. A summary of responsibilities include:

  • Formulating strategic sales plays to create and nurture opportunities. Collaborate closely across the organization to develop and drive pipe generation and deliver a value based sales experience for our customers and prospects, at all stages of the sales cycle

  • Develop and grow a territory to deliver year on year growth. Exceed targets by thoroughly qualifying and closing both new leads and upsell and cross-sell opportunities from a established book of business

  • Consultative selling: anticipate customer needs and objectives. Lead and challenge customers with a clear strategic vision of our product

  • Continually learn to ensure deep knowledge of our product, the CX industry, key industry events and advancements in AI

  • Maintenance of accurate and complete customer records, activity records and pipeline reports through our CRM

THE ULTIMATE PROFILE

We’re looking for a perfect storm of ambition, communication and execution, with a passion for innovation and exceeding targets, building long-term client relationships and owning the sales process end-to-end.

Please note, this is a role that would suit someone with extensive quota carrying experience. Strong sales closing experience. Preferably within a SaaS technology company where you’ve owned a specific product and have experience in orchestrating large account and deal pursuit teams.

  • Experience closing deals with enterprise customers, i.e Fortune 500 companies

  • Full-funnel sales experience from outreach to closing, using creative approaches. Comfortable, and excited, about sourcing your own pipeline

  • Proficient in CRM, LinkedIn and email marketing tools

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Ability to speak confidently with CEOs, VPs of Customer Success, CFOs and other management levels about a complex, technical product

  • Experience with Partner and Channel selling

  • Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus!

  • Able to commute to London regularly for meetings with Customers, our Partners and working in our Paddington office 1-2 days per week
