The Ultimate Role:

As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll play an important role in driving strategic initiatives and influencing impactful decisions within our organization. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, leading the development of robust and scalable analytics capabilities to enhance support automation for our customers.

The Ultimate Responsibilities:

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will join our Business Intelligence team and develop analytics capabilities, metrics, and produce actionable insights. Your responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with data engineers, and stakeholders to define data and reporting requirements, implementing data models and tests in dbt

  • Taking ownership of creating new dashboards and reporting to track product usage and customer performance

  • Proactively suggesting and execute meaningful analyses to deepen our understanding of key performance drivers and identify improvement opportunities in our business

  • Implementing and documenting relevant analytics processes to enable access to insights across the business

  • Working closely with the customer success and product teams to comprehend customer needs and contribute to shaping our future analytics roadmap.

Being successful in this role means that you’ll have a significant impact on our product adoption and customer satisfaction and you’ll influence the future analytics product roadmap and strategy.

The Ultimate Profile:

As an ideal candidate for this senior role, you bring:

  • Experience in working with diverse data sources and expressing future analytics dataset requirements in our data warehouse. Experience with dbt desired

  • Strong experience as an Analyst or in a comparable role, showcasing a deep understanding of databases using SQL (BigQuery preferred).

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Attention to detail and data quality

  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting, with expertise in BI Tools (Tableau / Count).

  • Familiarity with concepts and methods of A/B testing.

  • The ability to find creative solutions for complex problems, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative attitude.

  • Ability to communicate complex problems in an effective manner to non-technical stakeholders

  • A can-do approach to work in a fast-paced startup environment, coupled with a high level of curiosity and eagerness to learn.
