You will lead the recruitment function and the Talent team with the goal to attract and hire top talent.
In this role, you will lead a high impact, dynamic and close knit Talent team who are tasked with partnering with department leaders to fill key roles across the organization. You will take a consultative approach in coaching your team and leaders on hiring decisions and best practices. You’ll lead day-to-day recruitment operations and guide your team in continuing to build recruitment processes and proactively source top talent.
Your Day-to-Day
- Take an innovative approach to end-to-end recruitment operations across all departments with a focus in Sales and Tech
- Manage Greenhouse (our ATS) and reporting to ensure the Talent team is in compliance with best practices
- Proactively generate and present reports and dashboards on all recruitment activity on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Coach and mentor the Talent team throughout end-to-end recruitment functions (ie. sourcing, screening, building pipelines, interviewing, forming and negotiating offers, etc.)
- Build and sustain high levels of engagement on the team by setting clear standards of performance, and monitoring and motivating through consistent feedback
- Lead, design and implement multi-channel opportunities for sourcing passive and engaged candidates and ensure the team is using creative and varied approaches in their outreach
- Manage internal and external communication and promotion of upcoming roles and recruitment needs; including refining and editing job posts to attract talent
- Participate in company-wide trainings to ensure we continue to educate on best practices
- Lead and monitor employer branding through company profiles, social media, events, and speaking engagements
- Partner with People & Culture team on joint initiatives and various ad hoc projects
All About You
- You have 2+ years in a hands on leadership role; 7+ years of high volume, full-cycle recruitment and sourcing experience in a mix of agency or in-house
- Experience recruiting for both high volume Sales and specialized Technical roles (and everything in between)
- You have experience expert experience using Greenhouse and other sourcing tools
- You have strong communication skills (written & verbal) with a keen eye for detail; specifically in creating engaging job posts and recruitment content
- Expert knowledge of the North American talent market and trends along with recruitment methodologies with a natural ability to share your knowledge with the team
- You are an expert in generating reports on a monthly and/or quarterly basis
- You have experience working with and presenting to Senior Leadership/C-Suite team members
