A bit about the role…
We’re looking for a passionate, creative, and strategic Revenue Enablement Manager to accelerate our sales and revenue performance by equipping our teams with the knowledge, processes, and tools they need to win.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering to create and deliver world-class enablement programs that drive measurable impact.
This role is hybrid with a minimum requirement of 3 days In-Office!
WHO YOU ARE
3-5+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement.
Must have prior experience as an Account Executive (Mid-Market & ENT), SDR/XDR, Sales Engineer, or Customer Success Manager.
Proven track record of success managing projects and executing enablement programs.
Experience working in a growth stage SaaS environment
Expertise in designing and delivering product, process, tooling enablement, and upskilling programs.
Innovative mindset with the ability to scale enablement using AI and automation.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong stakeholder management skills.
SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;
Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;
Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Equip sales teams with the product knowledge and competitive positioning they need to confidently communicate Solink’s value.
Deliver compelling product and demo enablement that drives consistency and effectiveness in every customer conversation.
Optimize front-line execution through tool training and process enablement that improves efficiency and clarity.
Ensure enablement content and resources are easy to access, up-to-date, and actionable across the revenue team.
Integrate and scale the use of AI tools that enhance sales performance, from lead prioritization to forecasting.
Educate revenue teams on how to leverage AI for smarter, more personalized customer interactions.
Drive adoption of systems and automation that support repeatable, high-impact sales and success motions.
