SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;

  • Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;

  • Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Lead and oversee the most complex deployments, including managing large-scale installations and coordinating with numerous stakeholders (e.g., vendors, internal teams, and customers).

  • Take ownership of the entire project lifecycle, from initial scoping to final delivery, ensuring high-quality execution.

  • Work closely with sales engineers and other internal teams to develop detailed project scopes, provide accurate quotes, and adjust the project plan as needed.

  • Manage complex customer relationships, ensuring projects are aligned with customer expectations and needs.

  • Oversee multiple project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

  • Lead project meetings, both internally and with customers, ensuring clear communication and coordination across all parties.

  • Take a proactive role in troubleshooting and resolving issues and potential risks during the deployment process to keep projects on track.

  • Mentor and guide junior and intermediate team members, helping to level up their skills and ensure their success.

  • Drive process improvements to optimize project workflows and deliver more efficient deployments.

  • Conduct post-deployment reviews to gather feedback and implement lessons learned into future projects.
