DEPLOYMENT PROJECT MANAGER (INTERMEDIATE)

Solink is a different kind of data-analytics software company. We've successfully made video security a source of powerful insight for business owners of franchise and retail chains. We focus on security applications that combat fraud proactively and make it easier for owners to track down problems. Today we focus on loss prevention and in the future, we see every department using video to make data-driven decisions: marketing, operations, even HR.

A job at Solink means working with an amazing team and tackling one of the biggest data problems out there. We are venture backed and focus on continuous execution to delight our customers. We have a creative and collaborative work environment, and all of our employees have meaningful equity in the company.

As an integral part of our deployment project management team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with customers, vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure the successful and timely deployment of Solink solutions across all sites. You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to streamline deployment processes and ensure the seamless execution of installations on a global scale.

In this role, you will work on a variety of projects where your problem-solving skills will be key to navigating obstacles and making adjustments as necessary. You will manage a portfolio of customer deployments and be responsible for seeing them through from start to finish.

We are looking for a highly organized individual who can juggle multiple projects, think critically, and continuously improve processes. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and internal teams will be essential to your success. You should be comfortable handling complex customer needs, managing project timelines, and working collaboratively to deliver high-quality deployments.

  • You are proficient in tools like Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Calendar), SmartSheets, and CRM systems (ie: Hubspot, Salesforce).

  • You have excellent communication skills and can interact with stakeholders at all levels.

  • You are comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple stakeholders.

  • You have strong organizational skills with the ability to handle complex customer needs, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.

  • You are passionate about process improvement and customer satisfaction.

  • Have experience using Hubspot.

  • You have experience and/or knowledge installing/repairing CCTVs and low-voltage systems.

  • You have worked in a similar industry.

  • Are bilingual in French and/or Spanish.

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;

  • Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;

  • Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Manage the end-to-end deployment process for medium-complexity projects, ensuring timely and successful deployment of Solink solutions.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing relationships and ensuring all project requirements are met and issues resolved.

  • Manage project scope, timelines, and resources across multiple customer accounts.

  • Work closely with sales, technical teams and customer success to scope projects, adjust timelines, ensure smooth project execution and satisfy customer needs.

  • Track project progress and deliver regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the customer’s satisfaction.

  • Manage supplier and subcontractor relationships, ensuring invoices and expenses are tracked and approved.

  • Identify potential risks or challenges and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track.

  • Provide regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, tracking milestones and deliverables.
