A bit about the role…
Solink is seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner Alliances Leader to join our team. As a Partner Alliances Leader, you will play a critical role in building and managing relationships with three key groups of partners: resellers, integrators, and app exchange partners.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the partner ecosystem.

WHO YOU ARE:
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in partner/channel management or business development, preferably in SaaS.
You have a strong understanding of partner ecosystems, including resellers, integrations, and VAR or Services.
You have demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
You have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
You are a strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute partner programs and initiatives.
You have an analytical mindset with the ability to track and analyze partner performance metrics.
You are self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
You have the willingness to travel as needed.
Bonus is you…
Have experience in physical security.
SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;
Be eligible to work in Canada or the US;

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners in alignment with company objectives.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing partners to maximize value and mutual success.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to support partner initiatives.
Provide training, enablement, and support to partners to ensure successful integration and implementation of Solink solutions.
Track and analyze partner performance metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, escalations, and strategic discussions.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform partner strategy.
Ability to drive both strategy and execution, being a small but mighty team.
