Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a Paid Media Channel Manager – Video & Display to join our growth marketing team. In this role, you’ll drive success across our online paid advertising channels, with a primary focus on YouTube and Display advertising. The ideal candidate is eager to explore and test upper-funnel opportunities by identifying new platforms, optimizing audience strategies, and leveraging innovative ad formats.
Success in this role requires a balance of analytical rigor and creative instincts, as well as the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and media buying partners. Your Responsibilities:
- Build and run paid marketing campaigns across upper and mid-funnel digital channels (YouTube, Display, App).
- Day-to-day operations including flighting creative, audience targeting and placement optimizations, bid/budget management and monitoring key metrics like CTR, CPM and ROI.
- Create and maintain regular reporting to track campaign performance and share insights, partnering with Business Analytics where appropriate.
- Plan and execute creative testing, including A/B testing formats, messaging, and calls-to-action, to optimize for performance.
- Partner with internal and external creative teams to develop new advertising assets based on creative insights driven by our programs
- Work alongside internal marketing analytics and product teams to track and evaluate your channel’s performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform innovations, and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.
- Promote a collaborative, inclusive culture by aligning with company values, fostering communication across teams, and championing shared goals.
What you bring:
- 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with 2-3 years focused on running paid video and display programs.
- Demonstrated proficiency in media buying through platforms like Google Ads and the Trade Desk.
- Experience with reporting progress to goals and achieving business results with regular reporting, collaborative and thoughtful planning, performance management, and forecasting.
- Proven analytical skills, with the ability to handle large datasets and draw actionable insights using excel and data visualization tools.
- Detail oriented and the ability to understand what messaging and creative will deliver results.
- Experience designing and executing experiments, including creative and audience testing to measure and optimize performance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas and results clearly to stakeholders.
- Curiosity and passion for learning
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, statistics or similar analytical field of study desired. Relevant experience will be considered.
- Experience with app advertising or mobile attribution platforms (e.g. Branch, Kochava) is a bonus, but not required.

Compensation:
- In the greater Seattle area the first-year salary range is $91,485-$117,902. Additionally, Rover offers a long-term incentive plan with a company performance-based cash payout and benefits to full-time employees.
- The cash compensation offered for this role will be dependent on the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and abilities as demonstrated in the interview and hiring process.
