About the role

This is an incredibly important role for us as here at Quorso.

As part of the Customer team, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with some of Quorso’s highest profile enterprise customers in Europe. Your engagement will largely be with Store and Operations teams, from C-Suite to shop floor.

Unlike many other tech Customer team roles, your work and responsibilities at Quorso will cover the full customer journey, from early scoping conversations, through pilot deployment, to value delivery and account expansion. We partner with fewer, bigger enterprises at Quorso, and so you will build deep relationships with each.

You will work closely with other members of Quorso’s client-facing teams every day. You will also need to collaborate with Quorso’s Product, Marketing, and Software Engineering teams, as keeping everyone in sync across the business is critical to success. You will interact on a daily basis with our partners, and need to be adept at managing external leaders and Quorso users.

This is a hands-on and multi-skilled role: part entrepreneur, part trusted customer strategist/advisor, part account manager, part project manager, part end user coach, product guru, and evangelist.

Things you’ll be doing day-to-day:

  • Building trusted relationships with retailers and executive teams

  • Presenting to and collaborating with senior retail leaders

  • Scoping and designing Quorso experiences and use cases for prospective customers

  • Creating and presenting business cases and financial models

  • Overseeing and project managing trials and data implementations for our customers

  • Analyzing and driving customers’ engagement and success

  • Delivering business insights to customers (manipulating big data sets)

  • Collecting customer and user feedback, and identifying new product features for Quorso

  • Issue handling and timely escalation when appropriate

  • Organic growth of customer accounts (licence renewals, expansions, use case ideation)

  • Building your, and Quorso’s, presence, e.g., via social media engagement

  • Networking, meeting and building relationships with prospective customers, including at retail shows

The type of experience we’re looking for:

A successful candidate will likely combine experience from two areas:

  • 4-6 years experience at a major technology or consulting firm as a high-performer: planning, executing and programme managing engagements and managing senior stakeholders

  • Retail experience (ideally store operations)

It’s the type of role where you’ll need to have the ability to converse and have presence with Senior execs, but also reach down and get your hands dirty (we are a lean team of strong individual contributors).

You will need to be highly emotionally astute and have the ability to both lead, align and focus all types of people (both internal and external) around common goals and timelines. You’ll regularly be using Excel, Alteryx, PowerPoint, Figma, and a bit of SQL, so experience with those tools is desirable (though we like quick learners too).

The role will be based in the UK. We operate a hybrid culture in the UK, with expectations of in-office 1-2 days per week in London.
