What is Quorso?

Quorso is one of the UK’s most exciting SaaS startups.

Anyone who’s worked with data and the frontline know’s how overwhelming a Manager’s job is. Countless activities, countless reports, countless problems to deal with.

Quorso simplifies their daily work by pulling all data and tasks into one platform through which Quorso prioritises the right activities for them, shows them how to fix them and then tracks their impact.

We’re an Enterprise platform, targeting large multi-site retailers currently. Already companies with over 30,000 stores in total are using Quorso, and we’re growing fast. Some of the biggest retailers on the planet are already using Quorso to help their field leaders succeed.

We are well funded by one of the world’s largest investors, and our investors include CEOs and Chairpersons of a number of the 100 largest companies in the world.

Your role

This is an early role in this team with the ability to help shape a critical function for Quorso. There are both current state and future state building elements to this.

The current state is to work with some of the largest retailers in the world and stakeholders within Quorso to:

1. Understand the use cases they are trying to deploy in the application

2. Implement the data pipeline and configuration in the tool to match customers needs

3. QA any implementation

The future state is to advance the function to

• simplify the discovery and implementation process for any customer, working directly with product teams

• Build a effective process that can be outsourced to systems integrators

Anyone wanting this role will need to be familiar with SQL, excel, large data sets and with an entrepreneurial zeal to grow out and improve a function.

Your responsibilities will include:

Working with stakeholders of our enterprise customers to understand the operations of their business and define and scope their use cases for Quorso

Configuring Quorso for new customers and new sectors, using internal tools

Project Managing deadlines and stakeholders to ensure we deliver for our customers

Working closely with client leads, Quorso Customer Success and Engineering teams to deliver successful technical and operational roll-outs of Quorso

Continually exploring new ways to expand clients’ use cases and improve their use of data

Working with product, customer and engineering teams to improve the function.

You will have:

• 2+ years of experience on data implementations in e.g. Business Intelligence teams, preferably in the retail sector

• Strong process and program management expertise

• A focus on Data Insights and Analytics working with large data sets

• Skilled in Business Intelligence tools, SQL and excel

• Familiarity with a range of business topics and issues across 2 or more industries

• The ability to build relationships with clients' senior managers

• Familiarity with our core industry Retail

• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, able to work with business and technical teams

• Working knowledge of management & financial reporting

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree from a leading university
