Your role and responsibilities

At Quorso we value human-centric design. Our goal is to simplify managers lives by removing the overwhelming amount of reports and tasks they receive daily. Simple, elegant, creative user experiences are at the core of a solution so that managers enjoy using this tool.

You will build out the Design practice with opportunity for growth. In this role you will:

• Facilitate and drive a Lean UX process from initial planning through measurement
• Engage stakeholders from Product, Engineering, and Customers at appropriate times
• Perform data review and market research
• Brainstorm and drive initial workflow concepts and workflows
• Build prototypes, and when appropriate conduct user testing
• Create development-ready designs and assets
• Ensure a consistent user experience throughout the application

Key skills and experience we are looking for:

• 5+ years working on end-to-end digital product design solutions
• 2+ years experience managing direct reports / contractors
• A proven track record of running established UX processes all the way from discovery to delivery
• Proficiency with the latest tools, including Figma (our main design tool), Jira, and Confluence
• Evidence of creative but elegant solutions to user needs, preferably challenges that have included simplifying presentation of complex data across multiple user roles
• A talent/eye for simplifying complex screens into logical user experiences
• Strong understanding of accessibility, Section 508 and WCAG
• Previous experience for enterprise software solutions is a big plus.
• Must have of portfolio or samples of recent web applications
