About the role
As Customer Lead, Strategic Accounts, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with some of Quorso’s highest profile customers in North America. Your engagement will largely be with retailers’ Store Operations teams.
You will interact on a daily basis with our customers, from CXOs and other executives to Store Managers to both build relationships but also match their needs and use cases to the capabilities of our product.
This is a hands-on and multi-skilled role: part entrepreneur, part trusted customer thought-partner, part account manager, part project manager, part end user coach, product guru, change maven and evangelist.
You will report to the Global Head of Customer, and work closely with other members of the Customer and Sales teams. You will also need to collaborate with Quorso’s Marketing and Product teams, as keeping everyone in sync across the business is critical to success.
Things you’ll be doing day to day:
Networking, meeting and building relationships with prospective clients
Building trusted relationships with our customer leads and executive sponsors
Scoping and problem solving use cases with customers
Overseeing and project managing data implementations at our new enterprise customers
Managing deployment of our application across large enterprises
Analyzing and driving customers’ engagement and success
Delivering business insights (and possibly consulting) to customers
Collecting customer and user feedback, and identifying new use cases and features for Quorso
Gathering customer references and case studies
Issue handling and timely escalation when appropriate
Organic growth of customer accounts (license renewals and additional use cases)
Building your, and Quorso’s, presence, e.g., via regular social media engagement
The type of experience we’re looking for:
A successful candidate will likely combine experience from two areas:
Retail Operations, or a related area of retail at a top tier retailer
Consulting at a major firm, where you implemented technology or change programs at retailers
It’s the type of role where you’ll need to have the ability to converse and have presence with senior client stakeholders, but also reach down and get your hands dirty (we are a lean team).
You will need to be highly emotionally astute and have the ability to both lead, align and focus all types of people (both internal and external) around common goals and timelines.
The role will be based in the US, with other members of the US team in New York and Atlanta. We operate a largely remote-first culture currently, but with occasional travel required to meet colleagues and customers.

About Quorso
Quorso’s co-founder, Julian, was working with a global car rental firm during his time as a McKinsey Partner. Thanks to some smart analysis, he could see that 100s of rental cars were being under-utilised. But every time a car transporter went to a branch to pick them up, it returned empty.
Branch managers just didn't see why they needed to surrender those spare cars that gave their operations a little cushion.
Julian realised there were 3 problems that needed solving:
- All that clever analysis needed to be translated into 2-3 simple, daily, next-best-actions for every store/branch.
- 1000s of people at those branches needed to be guided to execute their own daily actions flawlessly.
- Everyone needed to be shown why their actions mattered and the positive impact they had on the business.
The idea for Quorso was born, and we haven't looked back since.
