We are looking for an entrepreneurial sales leader to focus on the US retail market, driving new business and account expansion. Quorso is already being used in over 25k+ stores in the US with companies like Dollar, PetSmart, and Party City. This role will build on Quorso’s momentum to continue to revolutionize retail operations.
Like most sales roles you’ll be responsible for building and converting pipeline and will work closely with a senior leadership and sales team to drive business in the US. Here are more specifics about the role and Quorso:
Quorso’s core target market is the retail vertical with large enterprise customers ($500m - $30bn+ in revenue)
Our annual contract values are $0.5 - $2.5m+ when rolled out after an initial trial
Sales’s primary responsibility is to convert interested prospects to trial after which they work with a top-quality account team (ex-Accenture, McKinsey, etc. consultants) to drive conversion to roll out (current success rate 75%+)
This is a team-based and highly consultative sell where deeply understanding a company and its challenges is essential to success
We invest heavily in marketing to support demand generation and working directly with Marketing to provide feedback, as well as back to the Product team, is essential.
Core terms and targets
$150k/$150k OTE
Strong insurance offering including medical,dental, and vision insurance
401k
You will have:
5+ years experience in a sales-related role
Expert retail knowledge and solid network with strong relationships
Excellent problem solving and discovery skills with the ability to simplify complex problems, effectively communicate, and develop a compelling business case
A strong process orientation, delivering on your objectives and keeping CRM records clean
Command stature / executive presence with senior level executives
A history of achieving and exceeding targets both individually and as a team. You will be results-driven but will achieve results whilst collaborating well with team colleagues
Excellent verbal and written communication and in-person and virtual presentation skills
Ability to work independently and to collaborate effectively across functions as part of team
Bachelors' degree in a related field
Ability to regularly travel domestically and occasionally internationally
A desire to work for a fast-paced, dynamic tech start-up
Even better if you have:
Additional verbal and written languages (especially Spanish)

About Quorso
Quorso’s co-founder, Julian, was working with a global car rental firm during his time as a McKinsey Partner. Thanks to some smart analysis, he could see that 100s of rental cars were being under-utilised. But every time a car transporter went to a branch to pick them up, it returned empty.
Branch managers just didn't see why they needed to surrender those spare cars that gave their operations a little cushion.
Julian realised there were 3 problems that needed solving:
- All that clever analysis needed to be translated into 2-3 simple, daily, next-best-actions for every store/branch.
- 1000s of people at those branches needed to be guided to execute their own daily actions flawlessly.
- Everyone needed to be shown why their actions mattered and the positive impact they had on the business.
The idea for Quorso was born, and we haven't looked back since.
