The role

The Creative Team at PrimaryBid is centralised. We support the needs of our customers, as well as every area in business, across all geographies. The environment is fast paced, and the work is varied; you may be designing event collateral today, and building a marketing prototype tomorrow. We expect a high level of ownership as you lead and support across projects and stakeholders. We believe that collaboration is key for a successful creative output, and have created an environment where we all feel empowered and comfortable articulating ideas, and giving/receiving feedback.

Key responsibilities

  • Work closely with Creative Team to build and apply our brand strategy and design principles across all creative output, including landing pages, emails, marketing campaigns, and sales collateral

  • Brief and direct freelancers, contractors, and more junior teammates through complex projects
  • Lead the design of our website and other owned marketing channels
  • Contribute to and help maintain our brand assets, design systems, project organisational structures, processes and templates

  • Succinctly communicate issues to the team with recommendations for resolution. Confidently leads cross-team communication to align both on the design process within broader projects and manage expectations across the wider tea
