TL;DR: Oath is a well-capitalized, early-stage startup hiring a Growth Marketer. We are a remote-first team headquartered in San Francisco, CA, hiring within the US. Our mission is to make the transition motherhood less overwhelming. We provide community and care at this vital transition point – and we do it all in one place, connecting moms and moms-to-be with others at a similar stage of their journey as well as specialists like pediatric nurses, doulas, lactation consultants, therapists and more.
Role Title
The Growth Marketer at Oath will be responsible for growing our user base through identifying, testing, and scaling channels for member acquisition. This role will work with the marketing and product teams to put Oath in the hands of parents across the US and drive towards north star metrics for the company.
You
You have demonstrated expertise creating, running, and evaluating new channel tests, including social channels.
You thrive in the 0-1 phase. You’ve been on the ground floor at an early stage startup where you grew the user base by getting scrappy and inviting each new customer, and got to a tipping point where customers start coming to you.
You know how to measure early marketing efforts and capture the data most important to learning what's worth doubling down on, and what's not.
You are creative and scrappy by nature. In whatever you do, you always ask if there is a cheaper, faster, smaller step you could take that would get you the output you need.
You have an understanding of the online landscape for parents (where they spend time, what kinds of messages resonate, etc.)

You are passionate about improving maternal and child health outcomes.
You’re a self-starter who has experience building from 0-1 in early stage companies.
You actively enjoy owning a project end to end and get just as excited about diving into the weeds of tactical execution as you do high-level strategy.
You are comfortable with the shifting priorities inherent in an early-stage startup, and are excited to think broadly and creatively about problem solving before defining an efficient solution.

What you’ll do:
Create Oath’s channel strategy & drive execution for Oath paid media
Develop Oath’s content distribution strategy & drive execution
Spin up 0-1 email marketing
Run experiments across channels to optimize our strategy
Analyze campaign results, report on insights, lead decisions based on data-driven learnings and share results with the wider team
This role may not be for you if...
You prefer larger teams with lots of resources (our team is growing but currently small, <15 people).
You prefer to be high-level and delegate tactical execution to a team of others around you.
You aren’t passionate about the health of families, specifically maternal mental health and pediatric health.
