LOCATION

This position is located in Taiwan under a hybrid work model open to local candidates only.

WHO YOU ARE

As the Agile Project Manager, you are responsible for successful product delivery and the planning, leading, organizing, and motivating of Agile project teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Helping the global team achieve a high level of performance and quality, holding teams accountable for their work, removing obstacles, and mentoring less experienced team members.
  • Defining the project’s schedule and scope while balancing timely and regular value deliveries as well as organizing and leading working and project status meetings.
  • Delivering Agile projects that offer outstanding business value to the users.
  • Supporting the Product Owner in managing communications with stakeholders, managing customer’s expectations for deliverables, and implementing an effective project governance system.
  • Promoting team empowerment through team-building techniques, ensuring each team member is making a meaningful contribution and fully engaged in the project.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams.
  • Experience managing all phases of the software development life cycle (SLDC) for all products and solutions.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects. PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent.
  • Experience establishing workflow efficiencies, by analyzing and identifying ineffective processes within the development department, reaching across companywide departments.
  • Successfully project managed at least 10-15 team members including Developers, Business Analysts, and QA personnel.
  • Developed work plans with milestone breakdowns for each phase of the overall project schedule.
  • Controlled change management processes through 'Agile Kanban' board.
  • Balanced business/technical background.
  • Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly credible leadership to development teams and be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues.
  • Experience tracking project statuses and ensuring resolution of issues through 'Atlassian JIRA'.
  • Ability to provide leadership to business analysts, collaborate with customers and develop strategies and solutions of high business value.
  • Advanced/professional level written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
EDUCATION
  • Agile Certification required
  • PMP Certification preferred
