About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern or recent graduate to join our Team to assist with an AI project focused on data annotation and research. You’ll be helping us improve the performance of a machine learning system that classifies and groups business accounts based on their name, website, address, and other attributes.
Your job will be to review, validate, and label AI-generated clusters of business entities, and to use online research to verify company relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to real-world AI workflows, especially in data-driven business environments.

What You’ll Do
  • Review clusters of business accounts created by our machine learning model
  • Use research tools (company websites, LinkedIn, Google, public registries) to verify whether companies are related or distinct
  • Label and document findings in a structured format via a web-based interface
  • Identify and flag inconsistencies, edge cases, or unclear groupings
  • Collaborate with the core team and contribute to AI model feedback
Who You Are
  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize patterns and inconsistencies
  • Comfortable performing structured online research
  • Familiarity with how companies are organized (e.g., parent/subsidiary relationships) is a plus
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Available to work full-time for two - four consecutive weeks
  • Able to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
Why Join Us?
  • Work on a real machine learning product used by enterprise clients
  • Learn how human validation and AI work together in applied business analytics
  • Gain hands-on experience with data labeling, clustering, and entity resolution
  • Earn $20/hour for a two to four week full-time engagement (with possible future opportunities)
