WordPress Consultant

Remote Position available for Latin American candidates only.

We are a leading software provider of Item Chain Management solutions to consumer brand, retail, and industrial enterprises around the globe. We also provide development services and support to third-party customers across the globe.

We are seeking a Senior WordPress Developer with expert knowledge of WordPress and extensive experience in theme development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with custom WordPress templates and child themes.

Team members must be comfortable working virtually as part of one or more customer engagements, with customers located in multiple geographies, and be willing to adjust schedules to meet the specific project's needs.

Position Location - USA Remote. This position is open for Latin American candidates only.

Time Zone Requirements - This team operates on the East/West Coast time zones.

How you’ll make an impact:

The WordPress consultant is expected to:

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins.

• Convert Figma design documents into responsive, high-quality WordPress websites

• Create and manage custom WordPress templates and child themes

• Ensure all websites meet web accessibility standards

• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code

• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to ensure timely delivery of projects

• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs

• Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies

What we’re looking for:

Minimum requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a WordPress theme Developer
• Relevant work experience on high-quality E-Commerce websites
• Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Sass, and Experience with Git for version control
• Proven experience with custom WordPress templates and child themes
• Ability to develop websites from Figma design documents
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Familiarity with web accessibility standards
• Experience with React (nice to have)
• Experience with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) (nice to have)
