👋 We're looking to hire a couple of Program Management Associates (Contractor) to join the Win-Loss Team part-time!
Important notes: you must be currently enrolled in a post-secondary program to apply. This is a performance-based role (100% commission-based) and you will be compensated for meeting interview targets.
As a Program Management Associate (Contractor), you will be a key member of a Program Management team. This team is responsible for supporting client engagements through program management and administration, working to achieve and exceed program goals and milestones.
This is the opportunity to play a meaningful role in delivering world-class Win-Loss research to our customers.
Day-to-day you'll be responsible for:
Executing on client engagement and communication plans
Interview-database lead management (update, organize, and report)
Executing interview recruiting and scheduling campaigns (email and phone outreach - yes, we mean cold-calling)
Mapping and tracking project milestones
Participating in weekly team update calls
Handling outreach-specific questions from clients and program management teams

FAQs
Time commitment? 20-25 hours per week
Location? We operate in a hybrid model but we have members on this team who work remotely.
Leadership/Mentorship? You bet! This role will report to our Team Lead of Program Management and indirectly to the VP, Win-Loss.
Compensation? This is a success-based role, not an hourly position. Candidate will receive $50 for every interview scheduled and completed
