The team:
Jobber is doubling down on our market opportunity and working fast to widen the gap in our leadership position. We are looking for a talented principal to lead product marketing for Jobber’s Fintech business. This role will partner with teams across the organization to help our customers realize fast value and to help our prospects feel what they’re missing out on.

Reporting to our Senior Director, Product Marketing, this role sits in the center of strategy and execution, helping to define strengths and opportunities within our product GTM and driving for execution to meet those opportunities. This presents a unique, career defining opportunity to lead the adoption of fintech in one of the largest remaining B2B markets, partner with some of the best-of-the best in the space, and to help small businesses succeed while you’re doing it.
The role:
- Accelerate the revenue growth of our fintech business by managing the funnel and identifying opportunities, defining strategies, and acting across GTM channels
- Own fintech GTM strategy and execution, either individually or through partners
- Act as a senior member of the product marketing team by mentoring more junior members and recommending best practices for others to adopt
- Partner with product and design teams to lead and contribute to qualitative and quantitative research with customers, prospects and partners in the ecosystem to identify current, evolving and new pain points, and partnering with Senior Leadership to strategize on how/if we should evolve them. (where do we play, how do we win?)
- Partner with Product Management and Fintech leadership to identify new potential products and features and the potential associated ROI to help define roadmap
- Partner with Product Management to define product strategy, roadmap and launches (from ideation through adoption)
- Partner with Finance and Fintech Business Team to recommend payments pricing optimizations and promotional strategy
- Drive the creation of content, marketing assets, and sales enablement materials with the help of other Jobber teams that pull the adoption of time-saving software forward in the home services industry

The Principal Product Marketing Manager, Fintech will:
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing
- 5+ years experience in SMB fintech or high-growth SaaS companies
- Management consulting and payments industry experience a plus
- A passion for driving revenue growth and making a tangible business impact
- Strong opinions, loosely held
- Ability to lead, motivate, influence, manage and navigate complex organizations with multiple cross functional stakeholders
- Best-in-class at positioning and messaging - and a desire to educate influenced channel teams on how to bring it to life within their mediums
- A high standard of excellence
- A bias to action and confidence in making informed decisions
