Title: Co-op/Intern, Email Marketing - Fall 2025

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Assist in collecting email marketing requests and organizing/updating the email marketing calendar
- Set up and update tasks related to email marketing projects and campaigns in project management platform (Wrike)
- Assist with content creation, templates, email lists and layouts
- Support email marketing team with tests and experiments of subject lines, content and send times to help optimize campaign performance
- Help monitor key metrics and campaign reporting; contribute to the creation of reports that summarize performance and provide insights for improvement
- Collaborate with other team members across marketing in support of email marketing strategies and initiatives
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Experience in marketing, or interest in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation
- Attention to detail and willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Exposure to marketing tools such as Marketo and/or Salesforce (or other similar software) is an asset!
- Customer Focus: demonstrates a desire to proactively help and serve internal/external customers meet their needs
