Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for driving growth and building strong relationships? Flagstone International is seeking a Partnerships Associate to join our Banks and Strategic Products team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding our bank panel, developing new product offerings, and contributing to the evolution of Flagstone International's business.

About Us

Our aim is to become the leading global, multi-currency cash deposit and liquidity platform for CSPs and CIMs, combining a best-in-class user interface with personalised onboarding, investment products and cash management features to drive trust, efficiency, and adoption at scale.

While our parent company provides financial stability, we operate with full autonomy — shaping our own product vision, engineering processes, and delivery culture from the ground up.

We believe in lean thinking, fast feedback loops, and building high-quality software that solves real customer problems — and we ship to production multiple times a day.

The Opportunity

Your primary goal will be to drive the growth of our bank panel, expand new product offerings, and further evolve Flagstone International's business. You will identify and support new opportunities, engage with banks and other stakeholders to deliver the Flagstone International proposition, and assist with the onboarding of new partner relationships.

You'll work closely with the Head of Banks and Partnerships Manager – Banks, as well as our Operations and Payments team and external stakeholders.

What You'll Do

This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities where you'll make a tangible impact:

  • Strategic Support: Assist with daily activities, including key business development and relationship management processes (sales, marketing, partner onboarding, project management, risk management, analysis, and reporting) to secure new and grow existing bank and strategic product partnerships.
  • Relationship & Marketing: Support the development and ongoing management of relationship plans and create compelling marketing and sales materials.
  • Onboarding & Project Management: Help project manage the strategic partner onboarding process, including action plans, bank documentation, communications, and deliverables with both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Event & Communication Coordination: Support the end-to-end production of joint partner and Flagstone International business development and relationship management activities, such as relationship meetings, partner bank webinars, and events.
  • Data & Reporting: Update key internal data sources and generate reports.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Deliver a high volume of accurate and effective inbound and outbound communication across various mediums (phone, email, video conferencing, in-person) with external stakeholders. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining excellent internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Product teams, providing them with relevant information, feedback, and identified trends to continually improve business processes.
  • Autonomous & Collaborative Performance: Take accountability for your own performance, working with autonomy to achieve goals, KPIs, and targets. You'll also collaborate whenever possible to enhance processes, assets, and revenue.
  • Market Insight: Develop and demonstrate curiosity about the cash deposit, banking, and fund management sectors, understanding key benefits to support bank and strategic partner conversations, and maintaining a broader view of the cash platform market.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • A ‘can do’ attitude
  • The ability to research, analyse, and report on data
  • A performance-oriented mindset
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities
  • Problem-solving capabilities
  • Resilience
  • Knowledge of Banking/Fintech is a bonus, but not essential.
