You’re a Client Services Executive, ideally with 3 years’ experience in a Customer/Client Services role, who’s excited to forge a new way to save.

What you’ll do:

As a Client Services Executive in our Flagstone International team in Jersey (CI), you’ll provide first class service to Flagstone International’s customers, including end clients and introducers. You’ll act as the voice and face of Flagstone International, taking ownership of client and partner queries from initial contact through to a positive outcome.

The role will include all aspects of Client Service, including handling inbound email and telephone queries, liaising with technical/product teams to resolve platform issues, supporting client onboarding and ‘early life’ stages, and helping to drive platform adoption across our introducer network.

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in professional Customer/Client service role.
  • Ideally a background in fintech or the financial/fiduciary services sector.
  • Experience and confidence with basic data manipulation (e.g. Excel or PowerBI) and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) would be desirable.
  • Well-developed communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Influencing and relationship building skills.
  • Comfortable in managing your own workload and prioritising activity.
  • Personable, and confident in a ‘front of house’ position.
  • Ambitious, self-starter, keen to learn and develop your career.
