Does this sound like you?

You're a Senior Compliance Operations Analyst, ideally with 4+ years' experience, who's excited to forge a new way to save. You will have a background in regulatory compliance operations, risk management and process operations within the Fintech industry, and will have been responsible for managing and executing compliance processes and procedures across an organisation, always ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards. You do this by working closely with various stakeholders, and by building a culture of compliance operations, process ownership and risk awareness.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Compliance Operations Analyst, you will foster collaboration between our Compliance, Operations, Banking and Marketing teams by managing compliance processes within the 1st LOD. You will be accountable for our policy management system, modernising processes and eliminating redundant policies. As the first point of contact, you will also provide proactive support and guidance as well as providing regular training to keep our team updated on compliance technology, product requirements and best practices.

The role will require close collaboration with our Operations teams to understand specific needs and implement adequate processes. You will assess the possibility of consolidating services or integrating systems to streamline operations, as well as assist with the introduction of a ticketing system within the DevOps workflow to track compliance-related tasks and progress.

What you'll bring:

  • Excellent experience in compliance operations, risk management, process ownership and/or related roles within the Fintech industry.
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements and Fintech industry standards
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven track record of driving compliance operations initiatives, implementing best practices, process, and procedures, and successfully achieving results
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and assess compliance processes, develop solutions, and make informed decisions
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical conduct
