Does this sound like you?

A passionate Talent Development Consultant who is looking for a short term contract with a high growth scale up. You have extensive experience in designing and deploying design leadership and development programs. Have a background in driving talent assessment, identifying skill gaps and implementing effective learning methodologies within high growth workforces.

What you'll do:

You will be joining us a consultant to work with our existing Talent & Development team, taking the lead for the direction of our overall talent and learning programme, as well as honing in on leadership development and looking at how we assess our existing talent. Key areas you will be working on will include:

  • Talent Assessment and Gap Analysis:
    • Conduct talent assessments across our management and leadership team
    • Develop strategies and recommendations to address identified gaps and enhance overall organisational capabilities.
  • Leadership and Development Program Design:
    • Design and develop development programs tailored to our strategic objectives and employee developmental needs.
    • Create engaging and interactive learning experiences, including workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions, to support development initiatives.
  • Learning and Development Methodologies:
    • Evaluate and select appropriate learning methodologies, tools, and technologies to enhance learning effectiveness and engagement.
    • Implement innovative approaches to learning delivery, including e-learning platforms, microlearning modules, and blended learning solutions.
What you'll bring:

  • Multiple years in talent assessment and gap analyses to identify individual and organisational development needs.
  • Experience in designing and delivering customised leadership development programs aligned with organisational goals and objectives.
  • The ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand talent development requirements and priorities.
  • A track record of developing learning objectives, and training materials for various talent development initiatives.
  • Experience of researching and recommend new tools, methodologies, and technologies to enhance the delivery and impact of talent development initiatives.
