Does this sound like you?
A Lead Product Designer who has ample experience optimising conversion rate based on user insight ideally within a complex product. You have a background within UX with a strong basis in user psychology and behaviour and have successfully applied these techniques to deliver result in experiments. Bringing previous experience to a scale up and making a real impact within a mature UX function is exciting to you.
What you'll do:
As a Lead Product Designer your key responsibility will be to deliver growth related optimisation using insight, experimentation and new product features. You will also be a key player in evolving UX as a function within Flagstone and leading the team to ensure they are following good practices. As well as working closely with and leading other UX specialists, product managers, marketers and other stakeholders

As well as working closely with and leading other UX specialists, product managers, marketers and other stakeholders
What you'll bring:
- Multiple years leading and managing a product design team
- Experience in positively impacting conversion rates and other growth metrics using experimentation methods, such as A/B testing.
- The ability to interpret experiment results through a baseline understanding of statistics, relying on Data specialists when required.
- Experience balancing both qualitative and quantitative insight to inform your hypothesis
- Experience collaborating with UI specialists, copywriters and user researchers to get the insight and designs you need to deliver results.
- Experience running work shops with cross functional stakeholders and being an advocacy for a UX function
