The Role:

Join our HR team as an HR Generalist and play a key role in supporting both leaders and employees across a wide range of HR processes. In this position, you'll provide day-to-day HR and administrative support to our organisation, mainly focusing on our VetOps (Veterinarian) team. You’ll provide broad administrative and operational support across HR processes, with a focus on enabling managers and employees to succeed in their daily work. As a central support function, you’ll contribute to smooth HR operations and help coordinate internal activities across the organisation.

This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow and develop in all HR-related matters, in a fun and fast-paced environment, working closely with the HR Manager.

Your Responsibilities:

• Recruitment
• Administrative support
• Onboarding/offboarding flows and employee changes and updates
• Administration of employee surveys
• Salary and pension reporting (administration)
• HR administration in HiBob
• Travel booking and handling of travel expense queries
• Coordination of company-wide activities (summer and Christmas parties, conferences, etc.)
• Reporting and compiling HR statistics
• Drafting and monitoring internal communication flows
• General HR support

Desired Qualifications:

• A University degree, preferably within business or HR
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience working with different HR-processes
• Experience in recruiting and on-boarding
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent networking skills and an ability to gain trust
• Drive and ambition to always find ways to improve the quality of your work
• Ability to navigate and prioritise among a wide variety of stakeholders
• Fluent in English and Swedish
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Solid proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel
