Your Impact
As a Customer Growth Specialist at Deliverect, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. Your focus will be on identifying and converting new business opportunities within our existing customer portfolio. Through a combination of outbound outreach, product expertise, and exceptional customer relationship management, you'll be instrumental in maximizing the value of our platform for our customers.

A Typical Day

  • Outbound Outreach: Proactively reach out to existing customers via email, phone, and other channels to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Product Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Deliverect's product features and benefits to address customer needs and showcase the value proposition.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within existing accounts.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and prioritize your sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize customer data and insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration
  • Internal: Work closely with the Sales, Growth, Product, and Marketing teams to achieve shared goals.
  • External: Engage with existing Deliverect customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.

Your Expertise

  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of Deliverect's product offerings and the ability to articulate their value to customers.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build rapport and trust with customers to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in using data to identify opportunities and measure performance.
  • Resilience and Persistence: Ability to overcome objections and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM HubSpot for managing customer data and sales pipelines as well as Planhat to assess customers' current performance.
  • Familiarity with creating and sharing sales enablement resources.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Google Suite.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of outbound calls made
  • Number of qualified opportunities generated
  • Conversion rate from opportunity to closed deal
  • Upsell and cross-sell revenue generated.

Additional Information

  • This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Toronto office location] and 2 days of remote work. Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills being essential.
