Your Impact
Join Deliverect, a market-leading software company revolutionizing online ordering and delivery operations for QSR brands, restaurant groups and grocery/retail brands. We are seeking a dynamic Market Lead to drive business opportunities and strategic partnerships in the DACH market. Based in Berlin OR London (UK), you will play a pivotal role in refining and executing Go-To-Market strategies, developing strong relationships with key decision-makers, and ensuring Deliverect's solutions meet the evolving needs of the market.

A Typical Day

  • Refine and execute a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the DACH market, focusing on acquiring large restaurant/retail chains capable of generating significant recurring revenue (MRR), with deals ranging from 2-50K MRR.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts, including fostering partnerships with existing Deliverect integration partners and forging new ones. Emphasize how Deliverect solves specific pain points for large-scale businesses in Hospitality, Q-commerce, and E-commerce sectors, moving beyond basic product features.
  • Research and analyze technology and order management trends, identifying key players and trends, and using this information to inform Deliverect's product development and go-to-market strategy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, emphasizing Deliverect's integration capabilities with existing ERP systems used by large-scale businesses, including QSR, e-commerce platforms, and last-mile delivery channels, ensuring Deliverect's solutions are well-positioned to meet market needs.
  • Continuously identify and research potential new customers in the DACH region, using techniques like industry events, online lead generation, and referrals.
  • Effectively navigate the sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, crafting compelling sales pitches, conducting product demonstrations, and addressing customer concerns.
  • Regularly analyze sales pipeline data to identify trends and adjust strategies as needed, ensuring the team stays on track to achieve monthly and annual goals.
  • Communicate and collaborate with Deliverect's global teams to ensure the new market is well-represented in the company's overall strategy and product development efforts.
  • Help identify and recruit local talent to join Deliverect's growing team.

Your Expertise

  • 5+ years of successful commercial selling experience in a global B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing large deals in the B2B technology sector.
  • In-depth understanding of B2B SaaS technology, ERP software, and API integrations in the last-mile delivery and online order management space.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture strategic partnerships within the food service industry.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across different cultures and geographies.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Understanding of software integrations, POS systems, payment gateways, and last-mile delivery solutions (DSPs).
  • Prior experience in a leadership role (Growth Manager, Expansion Manager, Country Manager, or General Manager) is a plus.
  • Based in London or in Germany, with the ability to travel frequently between countries.

  • This is full-time, working from our London Office or remotely in Berlin, Germany . Fluency in English and German is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills being essential.
