Your Impact
You will be the driving force behind enhancing our marketing systems and processes. Your overall goal is to work closely with marketing department members to make the team more effective and efficient through various strategic initiatives including account-based marketing and lifecycle marketing. You’ll also work closely with cross-functional stakeholders in Business Operations, Internal Systems, Products, Partnerships, and Sales to support revenue-generating initiatives driving business growth.
A Typical Day
- Lead the development and improvement of marketing processes from lead capture to attribution, to allow the marketing team to better identify campaign opportunities, increase efficiencies, and improve performance.
- Create automated touch-.points across the buyer’s journey to improve our digital experience and educate both customers and prospects.
- Partner with regional marketers and sales teams to optimise lead flow and lead management processes.
- Implement and integrate marketing tools, and troubleshoot issues across our MarTech stack.
Your Expertise
- 5+ years of experience with go-to-market operations strategy and account-based marketing are well-versed in campaign execution, lead management, marketing attribution and marketing KPI reporting.
- A self-starter who thrives on collaboration and driving positive change.
- Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills are second nature to you, and you have experience with HubSpot, Marketo, or other relevant B2B marketing automation tools.
- You excel in prioritising and defining the team’s strategic objectives and can set expectations with senior leadership.
- You’re comfortable building from the ground up without perfect data and proven best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
