Your Impact
At Deliverect, we believe in building relationships and helping businesses succeed. As a passionate technology enthusiast, you have the potential to revolutionize the order management industry. As an Account Executive (Mid Market), you'll play a pivotal role in advising on Deliverect's cutting-edge solutions.
In this position, you'll serve as a spokesperson for efficiency, empowering medium-sized businesses (10-50 locations) to streamline operations and enhance their bottom line. Leveraging your technical sales expertise, you'll identify and convert qualified leads, develop winning sales strategies, and showcase the power of Deliverect's solutions, all while driving businesses to embrace modern technology.
A Typical Day
- Identify and engage promising businesses through industry research, online tools, and strategic networking.
- Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and enhance prospecting efforts. Develop a deep understanding of the challenges faced by small-scale businesses to effectively communicate Deliverect's value proposition. Focus on efficiency gains, ROI improvement, and simplified order management.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for busy business owners and operators. Your knowledge of APIs, integrations, POS systems, and third-party delivery services will be instrumental in demonstrating Deliverect's capabilities.
- Craft compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Navigate objections confidently and close deals that drive revenue growth.
- Cultivate strong connections with business owners and operators, becoming a trusted advisor and ongoing resource. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Your Expertise
- 2+ years of full sales cycle experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or the restaurant technology space, ERP enterprise solutions, etc.
- Strong technical acumen with a solid understanding of APIs, integrations, POS systems, and third-party delivery services.
- Proven track record of Target Attainment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to pivot strategies to achieve results.
Additional Information
- Full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 4 days in our Toronto office and 1 day of remote work.
- Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills being essential. Fluency in French is a plus.
