About the role

Bold is looking for a Solutions Architect to drive the expansion of our technology partner network. This role prioritizes software engineering skills, including proficiency in PHP coding, to enhance Bold Checkout, foster agency partnerships, and secure integrations vital for business growth and client retention.

What you’ll do

• Lead technology partner launches and agency partner onboarding, leveraging PHP coding proficiency for streamlined integrations when necessary.
• Influence the product roadmap through POCs and partner feedback.
• Define and scope technology partner integrations, develop blueprints for new partners, and drive documentation development.
• Provide technical enablement post-partner program enrollment, including sandbox development and enablement at scale.
• Offer ongoing partner support and technical backup for escalated integration issues, utilizing PHP coding skills for troubleshooting when required.
• Contribute to the Solutions Library and identify next integrations based on partner feedback and requests.
  

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience, including technical sales consulting, showcasing the capability to independently address technical challenges and drive solutions without dedicated engineering support.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience in web software development, systems administration, and proficiency in PHP coding.
• Proficiency in various e-commerce platforms, including Magento, WooCommerce, and others.
• Expertise in programmatic process development and implementation, including large-scale systems management or DevOps.
• Strong background in cloud solutions architecture and automation.
• Broad knowledge of the technology partner ecosystem and ability to write technical documents effectively.
