Senior Demand Generation Manager

As Alida's Senior Demand Generation Manager you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns in support of the business’ pipeline and revenue targets.
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Ability to act in a strategic and tactical capacity, both contributing to the planning and strategy behind campaigns as well as executing at a tactical level
- Report on KPI’s from the top of the funnel to closed/won including pipeline attribution and influence, conversion rates, lead scoring, etc.
- Deeply understand the lead flow from marketing through to BD, Sales, and CS; act as a partner to field team leaders and Operations in maintaining and optimizing this flow to maximize conversion and growth potential
- Work closely with field teams to clearly communicate and collaborate on campaigns, programs, and events, ensuring all teams are informed, engaged, and set up for success
- Coordinate closely with a cross-functional marketing team, including brand, PR, and creative, to develop rich content that drives pipeline growth and acceleration
- Collaborate with the Events Marketing Manager to ensure all sponsored and hosted events are supported by an organized, robust strategy including all field teams
- Work closely with product marketing to maintain a deep understanding of products, market fit, and customers’ needs to craft relevant and engaging campaigns
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations to ensure that our tools, data, and workflows are functioning and supporting our marketing strategy; seeking out and partnering on areas for improvement
- Understand the competitive environment and put most compelling value differentiators into programming design and execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly present key ideas to senior stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage and executive multiple projects at once
- Strong experience working with marketing automation tools (HubSpot), and CRM (Salesforce)
- Experience with account intelligence tools and leveraging intent data (6sense) a bonus
- Data-driven and analytical mindset, ability to create robust reports across tools to show results and impact throughout the funnel
- Paid search (Google) and social (LinkedIn) advertising - strategy and build/execution
- Familiarity with key SEO concepts and how to partner with web team to continually optimize for site traffic
- Strong email marketing experience - planning campaigns, building emails, executing A/B tests
Additional details:
- The typical salary range for this role in Canada is $115,000-125,000 CAD depending on experience.
