As an Associate IT Operations Analyst, your role will be to support the vision and mission of the Information Technology team. You will be working closely with team members within major offices (Toronto, Vancouver and London). Your day-to-day will involve managing help desk tickets to support our employees around the world. You will also be tasked with assisting with in-person support in the Manila office, helping to manage and onboard new hires, and assisting with various IT projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Support employees through Helpdesk tickets
  • Support our employees in the Manila office, including executives
  • Set up hardware and accounts for onboarding of new employees
  • Assist with various IT projects and initiatives, including deployment of new hardware and applications, and improvements to our systems

What You Bring to the Role

  • Minimum 1-year experience in a support role
  • Knowledgeable in Windows 10 and OSX trouble shooting
  • Ability to articulate and convey technical information
  • Assist with creating detailed documentation
  • Experience with Zoom, Slack, and GSuite a bonus
  • Able to work in an agile environment and be resourceful in finding solutions to support teams
  • Contributing to various team projects as needed
  • Ability to work the overnight shift (11pm-8am Manila time), onsite in the office
